Ordering Information
Orders are accepted online through major credit cards or PayPal®. Discounts are available for large quantity orders (50+ caps).
Most orders can be shipped in five business days or less but, due to fluctuating demand, please allow 8-10 business days for your order to be shipped, plus shipping time.
Standard woods are Redwood and Cedar. Custom wood species are available. Please contact us for more info. We provide for posts up to 10" by 10" standard. Custom sizes are available as special orders if you require a larger cap.
Finials are pre-drilled and are supplied with galvanized steel dowel screws for easy and secure installation. Larger finials are provided with turned base tenons appropriate for heavier installations. Instructions for mounting and care accompany each order.
SHIPPING
Shipping unless otherwise arranged is via UPS or FedEx ground service.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Post Caps
Do you have a very large or irregular size post? We can custom build a cap to fit almost any post. Copper Post Caps are subject to availability as we cannot guarantee we can obtain a copper top to match your post. We can also build from numerous wood types. Please contact us for availability of custom wood orders.
Finials
We are happy to turn your custom profiles for a small setup charge. We can also turn our stock finials in custom woods and/or sizes. A 60% deposit is required on all custom orders.
RETURNS
Stock post caps and finials can be exchanged or returned within 15 days provided they are in new/un-installed condition. All returns of this nature will incur a 25% restock fee and must be approved before your return is accepted. Shipments without a return previously authorized will be denied. Custom orders or finials that have been modified in any way will not be approved for return.
